Job Details & Detailed Work Description

Selected developers will handle advanced backend customization, core platform modifications, and architectural design. Key responsibilities include:

• Custom Plugin Development: Architecting and building custom WordPress plugins from scratch using object-oriented **Core PHP** to deliver specific business logic.
• Core Modification & Overriding: Safely modifying existing layouts and plugin behaviors by implementing clean WordPress Action and Filter Hooks parameters without breaking structural integrity.
• WooCommerce Custom Modules: Modifying and creating customized billing loops, dynamic OTP checkout blocks, and specific payment milestone integration flows.
• Dokan Multi-Vendor Optimization: Customizing multivendor dashboards, handling micro-commissions processing via code templates, and building scalable vendor verification systems.
• Security & Testing: Implementing tight input sanitization, data validation (WP Nonces), masking crucial credentials, and debugging infrastructure errors using cPanel tools.

Training & Probation Terms

• Probation Period: Every onboarding candidate will undergo a formal structural training/probation framework of 3 Months.
• Performance Metric: Post-probation regular scaling and long-term package revisions will depend on direct codebase deliveries.

• Syllabus Breakdown:
