Job Details & Work Description

Selected developers will actively work under the production team of LCP Education Private Limited. Core tasks include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining multi-platform cross-applications for Android and iOS devices using modern frameworks like Flutter and React Native.
• Ensuring high performance, optimal responsiveness, and fluid animations across user experiences (Mobile UI).
• Integrating and consuming backend RESTful APIs, securing internal data pipelines, and dealing with native mobile device parameters.
• Collaborating with product managers and asset leaders to scope out and release robust updates for the enterprise systems.

Training & Probation Terms

To ensure smooth adaptation into the project architectures, the recruitment follows strict professional progression rules:

• Probation Period: Selected candidates will undergo a structural probation/training period of 3 Months.
